How can I book a room at the Hotel Flowers Münster?

What is our "Best Price Guarantee"?

What does the overnight stay for children cost?

For children aged 0-3 years we offer a cot free of charge. If older children are travelling with you, please ask for our 3- or 4-bed rooms.

How many rooms can I book as a group?

How can I change my booking?

You can make all changes yourself directly via our booking page using your reservation number and e-mail address. If you do need help, please call us on 0251- 97443972.

Where can I find the cancellation conditions for my booking?

We will inform you directly in the booking process which cancellation conditions are valid for the respective prices. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation, on which all information is listed once again.

Where can I park and what does a parking space cost? 

You can park in the Bremer Platz multi-storey car park (Bremer Platz 44) or in the Hansator multi-storey car park (Hamburger Str. 2-4). You can find the current hourly or daily rates in the car park or online.

When can I check in?

From 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.

The room is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, there are two possibilities:

1. we will check on site whether we can offer you a room before 4 pm, if necessary. However, this depends on availability at the time and cannot be guaranteed. 

2. we do not offer a closed room for luggage. You are welcome to store your luggage in public areas. We cannot accept any liability for this.

When is the reception staffed?

The reception is staffed Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 8 pm.

What if I want to arrive outside reception hours?

Please contact us in advance and we will set up a self check-in for you.

Until when do I have to check out on the day of departure? How can I book a late check out?

Until 11.00 am. A Late Check Out until 4 pm can only be booked on a Sunday, subject to availability. For the late check-out we charge a surcharge of €10,00 on the room price you booked. 

How can I pay? Will my credit card be charged automatically? Do I always need a credit card to book?

For bookings via our homepage, the credit card is a mandatory field.

Book our Flexible Price for flexibility up to 6 pm on the day of arrival. You can simply cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 pm on the day of arrival should your plans change. In addition, you do not pay for the room in advance, but only when you arrive on site. In the event of illness or schedule changes, you enjoy the greatest possible flexibility.

If you have a fixed travel period in mind early on, our Promotion Price offers you the best tariff. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund in the event of a cancellation and, in addition, full prepayment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking. We recommend this rate if your trip is firmly scheduled.

How much does breakfast cost? What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 am and on Sunday from 8 am to 11 am in our restaurant, or in fine weather on the roof terrace. Participation in the breakfast buffet costs €12.50 per day/person and includes hot beverages.

Can I come to breakfast as a non-hotel guest?

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we can only welcome hotel guests to our breakfast.

Is my room air-conditioned?

The rooms at Flowers Hotel Münster are not air-conditioned.

Are you a non-smoking hotel?

The Flowers Hotel Münster is a non-smoking hotel, smoking in the rooms is not permitted.

Cashless Hotel

The Flowers Hotel Münster belongs to the cashless hotel operation. We accept all major credit cards.

Why is there also an accommodation tax for business guests?

From 01.01.2024, the city of Münster has decided to introduce an accommodation tax for business travelers. The tax amounts to 4.5% of the accommodation price.
